The fuss about Vom Fass Manila

Culinary schools, travel and diaspora have contributed greatly to the sophistication of the Filipino palate. Over the years, there has been a wave of international food brands and restaurants setting up shop in the Philippines. Perhaps our love for food has made eating a national past time. It was a delightful surprise to find a branch of Vom Fass at the new wing of Shangri la mall. This is a great place to get artisan oils, vinegars, single malt and cream liqueurs. No need to go all the way to France, Germany or Europe anymore! Decorative bottles can be personalized for containers. I had my fill of argan oil, and white truffle oil 😉
