CHEF’S ATTACK was held last June 21, Saturday 10:00am to 1:00 pm at the YHE MAFBEX WTC. The 8 teams (composed of a distinguished chef instructor,alumni, and a student) competed in a friendly showdown a la Iron Chef. The event was organized by YHE and CHIP with moderator Chef Angelica Angelia. This year’s theme is the Olympics so each of the teams were assigned a country. They were given an hour to prepare an appetizer, main course,and dessert form the market basket.

More than seeing the chef instructors ….. it was great to see our competing graduates who are now occupying key positions in their different establishments and our most promising students in action..The event was co-hosted by Chef Shirley Joseph and Sabrina Gan (102- CHIP presiednt)…Til next year!
