The vulcans have landed

Here is a sneak peek of the new kitchen labs and how the other new labs will look like…. These laboratories were part of the phase 1 SHRIM renovation. The Vulcan stoves and cooking equipment are imported. It took almost 2 months for shipping but they have finally arrived and now have been installed for use this term.

All lecture rooms will now have white glass boards:

  1. Ms. Pam,

I do not know if you remember me, but I was one of your students before in SHRIM and graduated in 2003 along with Ton Atacador. I am turning green with envy as I read this particular article in your blog. I want to retake my course (is that even possible) or re-enroll in a program. I want to experience the new facilities. He! he!

Jeremy! pls come and visit anytime…we’d also like to know how you are doing. I don’t know if your remember Bingle Padilla and your other classmate Boy Lagasca (the owner of Country Bbq katipunan), both are US based chefs now and recently visited. We are going to be offering lifestyle or short course classes soon too.
